New Album & Recent Appearances
Perfecth—QOTSA’s ninth studio album and first since 2023’s In Times New Roman…—arrives October 30. The record was previewed by three singles: “Easy Street” (featuring Nikki Lane), “Insignificant Other,” and the latest, “Where the Goth Girls At?” The latter received its live debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on October 21, 2026, where frontman Josh Homme and the band delivered a high-energy performance.
Produced by Homme and bassist Michael Shuman, Perfecth is described as a more introspective effort, trading fist-pumping anthems for a stripped-back, desert-rock sound that reflects Homme’s roots in Palm Desert, California.

What’s Next for QOTSA
Before the US run, the band will embark on an international tour from late 2026 into early 2027, with stops in: - Iceland (Oct 24, Reykjavík) - Japan (Nov 25–28, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka) - Singapore (Dec 2) - Hong Kong (Dec 5, Clockenflap Festival) - Australia & New Zealand (Dec 8–20, with Primus and Tropical Fuck Storm) - Mexico (March 6, Mexico City, with Interpol) - South America (March 12–21, Lollapalooza Argentina, Chile, and Brazil)
The spring 2027 US tour follows these dates, with additional headlining shows expected to be announced in the coming months.
Why This Tour Matters
For QOTSA fans, the 2027 tour offers a rare chance to experience the band’s evolving sound live. After years of refining their desert-rock roots, Perfecth signals a shift toward raw, introspective storytelling—one that promises to translate powerfully in arena settings. The addition of Pixies, whose influence on alternative rock looms large, ensures each night will be a celebration of the genre’s past and future. Meanwhile, Wheelchair Sports Camp’s experimental hip-hop adds a fresh, unpredictable edge to the bill.
With Perfecth poised to redefine QOTSA’s legacy and the tour’s mix of iconic venues (including Red Rocks), this run is set to be one of the most anticipated rock events of 2027.
